The student should prepare beforehand the wine to be tasted, chilling it if
necessary. Before the Chat Session the wine should be opened, tasted and a
Tasting Form should be fulfilled. The Tasting Form is available as a Word Document
Form; it can either be filled in digital form or printed and filled by hand.
Note: In case it’s impossible to attend the
Chat Sessions, the student can later read the chat history. If unable to attend
a large number of sessions, additional Chat Sessions can be arranged with the
tutors on request.
